The Boardman works in association with Harbour Inventory, a recently established professional Residential Inventory Service provider based in West Sussex.  Harbour Inventory provides comprehensive and accurate Inventories and Schedules of Condition, Check In and Check Out Reports, Interim Reports for property maintenance updates and a newly introduced service of pre-condition reporting for those involved in interior property refurbishments within multiple occupancy buildings. 

All reports are produced with date stamped colour photographic evidence and are carried out in an independent manner allowing any issues raised to be settled purely between the agent, landlord and tenant without bias to either party.
